This home investigation was very interesting. Some of the things that made the investigation so interesting were the voice responses to our EVP questions, some of which could be heard by the naked ear and were validated by the investigators present.
We also got a physical response by a spirit person who walked through the motion detectors when asked to do so and told us it was her who did it in the EVP.
We also got names which can be heard in the EVPs. We did get something on video but we can not for sure say it is paranormal so this evidence had to be dimissed. A kitchen cabinet door that we knew was closed was open when we came back into the kitchen, unfortunetly we did not capture the event on camera so this evidence also had to be dismissed.

We did get some EVPs on this investigation including some names. When the investigators asked questions, temp changes occured as responses to the various questions that were asked. Our motion detectors would also go off during the investigation, some times as a response to questions asked by the investigators.

Room 306: Turned on Hi8 cams and lock off recorder, EMF sweeps and temperature, right pillow a little indentation, took pictures, setup tape recorderes. Results from room 306 via Hi8 cams include a possible orb and indentation in / from mattress, appeared to look like it went from one bed to the opposite bed. No recordings with lock off from room 306.
The basement of Boone Tavern is a decent size with lots of various rooms which included an area in the very back that happened to be used as a makeshift morgue for the tuberculosis outbreak, the 3rd floor housed tuberculosis patients (hospital overflow) at the time as well.
Basement: Several flashlights burnt out in various areas of the basement, infrared camera appeared to be slightly pushed and possibly released and dropped, took pictures in the "morgue" area of the basement as well as EVPs. We did get some EVPs. When Rob and Sarah were working the "morgue" area we asked if they wanted to play a game, to which we discovered our flashlight missing and felt something fly past us (nothing was seen).
In the "cage" area of the basement we caught some EVPs as well.
The investigation ended earlier than planned because hotel employees were following the investigators at times and tampered with our video equipment on several occassions. The employees were actually caught in the act by Rob and Sarah. They also turned on lights and left lights on in the investigation areas tainting the investigation, especially in the "cage" area where night vision was setup. Due to those reasons, some evidence and a personal experience where something was tossed at Rob and Sarah must be considered tainted evidence.
Judy saw a woman figure in a maids uniform on the stairwell carrying towels that disappeared into the wall. Three flashlights bulbs blew for no reason at all, batteries drained and we felt that this could not be a mere coincidence. There is also a possible orb in room 306 caught by Hi8 cam and another orb in the pantry stairwell caught on digital cam. We also got great EVPs.
Boone Tavern was an excellent investigation and we wish we could have stayed to complete it, but do to the tampering of equipment and investigation areas by employees we felt it was best to end early. Hopefully we can get back for a re-visit.

We did get some minor EVP activity during this investigation. Most of the EVP activity seemed to take place with Rob when he was working alone and some while working with Keith.

This investigation was very interesting with very active EVP activity at time. A possible photo and many personal experiences of being touched or nudged. Also our motion detector in one of the bedrooms went off seconds after an investigator thought he saw something when we were just outside of that rooms window.

Although our investigation of the Page House Inn was cut short due to a guest returning, we had a great investigation. The actual investigation only lasted a little over an hour but the results were remarkable. In that short time we gathered a great many EVPs from the public areas of the Inn both up and downstairs.
Unfortunately we did not gather any video evidence or photo evidence but given more time I feel the possibility is there. The equipment we used is as follows: 2 night vision video cameras, 1 Hi8 Camera, 2 Olympus digital voice recorders and 2 hand held cassette tape recorders. We felt it was best to use limited equipment because we had limited time. The group would be very interested in doing a more thorough investigation of the Page House Inn, owner permitting.

Abnormal EMF Base Readings: Very abnormal EMF readings in the house and in the neighborhood, 12 degrees in living room opposite side of a mantle in same room
This home investigation was one of the most interesting investigations R.I.P has done to date. EVP activity was very active and some activity could even be heard without equipment including a scream coming from a bedroom, Michele and Rob were in the room and can validate the scream.
Two phone calls made on speaker phone in the living room when nobody was in the room, the second phone call even had EVP activity with it. The phone calls were made to the L.A. County Court System in California. EMF meters went off with EVP validation that a spirit was near the EMF meters at the time . This happened several times in the evening. Our beam breaker alarm also went off in the bedroom while Rob and Tiny were in the room, nobody from the team broke the beam, Rob and Tiny can validate it. We were unable to gain access to daughter’s bedroom for a time. We did finally get the door open. Our EVP evidence shows that there are many spirit people in the home and range from docile to aggressive, a lot of profanity from at least one known spirit person is in the evidence, he appeared to have a problems with females.
Their were also the spirits of children in the home and their was also a reference made to a dog by one of the spirit people but we did not encounter the dog. Throughout the night there were odors. There is so much activity in this home I would have to classify it as a haunted location even though we did not get any video evidence.
I do want to note that one spirit person said he did live their at one time and I think at least two more did as well. From some of the evidence and also from my personal experience I think (person living currently at home) herself may be a part of the reason for the activity. I even have a theory that some how she may be bringing in spirits when she does readings. I do know some of the spirits really dislike her while others like her and ask her for her help. I personally would love to do a follow up investigation at some point.

The home investigation revealed no video evidence on Hi 8 or on our night vision video cameras. Our night vision video cameras did pick up a lot of dust orbs and insects. The land around the house did have a lot of mosquitoes. Our most compelling evidence was in the form of EVP, we did get quite a few EVPs. Our investigation of the home showed no unusual EMF readings or temp readings. The group of investigators that came to this investigation concluded that the home does indeed have active but harmless paranormal activity.

Our visit to this Theatre was very interesting. Although we did not get a lot of EVP we did get some clear EVP. We did not get any abnormal EMF readings but we did get some temp changes. Nothing to erratic but interesting still. The Theatre is a location I would love to investigate again in the future.

During the investigation RIP used the infrared wireless camera and 3 standard security cameras to record the rooms with the most reported activity. Three Hi 8 cameras were used to cover other areas with a lot of reported activity. No evidence was caught by these cameras.
Rob and Christy took EMF base readings no changes in emf were reported during the investigation. We also took base temperature readings, we did get one abnormal temperature reading in the parlor, that was the only one.
EVP work inside and outside of the house and gathered quite a few EVPs.
Rob took a picture of the outside of the house from the back yard and caught what appears to be a vortex of some type.
Notes: I feel the Ferry House Plantation does have an intelligent haunting. I say it is an intelligent haunting because we did get responses to our questions. Based on one EVP I feel that one or more spirit people may be afraid to or cannot leave because of another spirit presence who may be keeping them at the plantation.
Rob, Don, Al, Michele stayed on and investigated from 2 am to 5 am without the rest of the team. Dining room had no activity.
Rob and Don got picture from outside when came back inside Rob went back outside and did some EVP with Al. Al asked what we can do to help, believe we heard pretty much wait and watch. When asking for presence heard knocking on bench, heard someone say Henry and Michele got cold feeling after Henry was spoken, Rob asked if the spirits were using our energy by trying to speak to us- silence. Rob asked do you mind that we are here at your house tonight- silence. Michele coughed and got chills again.

For the home Investigation R.I.P used the following technology: EMF meters, infrared thermometer, 4 infrared night vision video cameras with sound, 1 Hi8 digital video recorder, 4 digital voice recorders, 3 cassette recorders, 1 set of motion detectors and 2 digital cameras.
Once the stand alone cameras were set up the group took EMF and Temp reading throughout the house on a regular basis. We broke off into pairs of two. Each team of two did different activities throughout the house including photos and EVP work.
Three of the four female team members got unexplained scratches. One of the team members got a scratch on her back where she could not possibly reach in the shape of a cross. We did get a lot of EVPs that included several different spirits. EVPS were collected from the kitchen, a females room, attic and porch.
Many of the spirits in the home seemed unsure they had passed away, others asked for help, some questioned if we could hear them and some knew of our location especially when we went outside. One spirit seemed very angry and mean and seemed to bully some of the others in the home. This spirit refered to Rob by name several times. One EVP stated “ROB I HATE YOU FOR INTERFERING WITH ME.” All of this is in the evidence. We did make homeowner aware of this particular spirit before we left the investigation. We got no photo or video evidence on this investigation. Many members of the R.I.P did have personal
experiences during the night but we cannot present personal experiences as evidence.
Notes: On the reveal Rob would like to try to do minor EVP work and let the spirits know that they have passed on. This should quiet down the home.
